These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 520b online betting and casino platform and its users. The 520b website, mobile interface and related services will be collectively referred to as the "Platform".

1.1 Definitions

• "Account Balance" — The total funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Funds awarded through promotions, which must meet specified conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka.

A personal account must be created in order to play on the 520b platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth and contact details at the time of registration.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

2.2 Account Verification

520b may at any time request documents necessary to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Required documents may include a national identity card or passport.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that there is no legal barrier to your participation in online betting activities under Bangladesh law.

If age fraud is proven, the account will be immediately closed and all balances held in the account will be forfeited. 520b is firmly committed to the protection of minors.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• A standard withdrawal normally takes 5 to 30 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals are only possible through a verified account.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted at the current exchange rate.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only to new users on their first deposit.
• The deposit amount must be at least ৳500 to receive the bonus.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
• Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined amount (deposit + bonus).
• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using balanced betting strategies or employing any other fraudulent method — will result in account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds.

5.3 VIP Program

520b has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which are stated on the relevant game page. The general rules are described below:

6.1 Sports Betting

• The outcome of a bet is determined based on the official result of the relevant tournament or match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the funds placed on that bet will be refunded.
• 520b reserves the right to void any bet that is deemed unacceptable due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated through software provided by third-party providers.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to run the games.
• If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the system log.

6.3 Live Casino

Betting limits in live dealer games may vary depending on the table. Decisions in live games are final and no technical assistance applies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Playing using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Running fraudulent campaigns in the name of the platform.

8.1 Closure by 520b

In the event of a breach of these Terms, 520b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Depending on the nature of the breach, the associated balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact our support team via live chat or email. Verification must be completed and any valid existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. The specific inactivity period will be stated in the applicable rules and users will be notified before any changes are made.

• Users can set weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• The option to temporarily suspend an account is available if needed.
• Under the self-exclusion feature, access to the platform can be blocked for a set period of time.

• Any loss resulting from the user's account information being disclosed to a third party (if caused by the user's own negligence).
